At SBJ Consulting, we are determined to make sustainability and quality the staples of cannabis production. Reinforced with entrepreneurial foundations and cannabis industry experience, our industry’s ability to create jobs and revenue was once dominated by former black market producers, leaving little opportunity for collaboration, and no foundation of research. This has led to a major amount of misinformation, and poorly established methods of mass production that contribute largely to pollution, product quality degradation, & health concerns. As a result we’re seeing general ineffectiveness—and lack of credibility for the medicine.
Founded at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado Springs, SBJ Consulting LLC was created by modern-day cannabis journeyman Tanner Budde. Born and raised in the heart and soul of the Midwest, Tanner saw the major atrophy monoculture and big agriculture was inducing on the environment and ecosystems he grew up admiring and exploring. Thrust into the world of cannabis in 2011, he has since developed a much deeper understanding of the concepts of sustainability, leadership, and profitability. Relocating to Minneapolis, MN area in 2019 has placed an emphasis on remote work and provided a masterclass in regulation navigation.
