SBJ Consulting is a network of entrepreneurial creative problem solvers that is the byproduct of Founder, Tanner Budde’s journeyman experience through the cannabis industry. Tanner founded SBJ in 2018, amidst his eight year solo consultation path forged by sheer passion. His debut into the cannabis industry would quickly lead to working with Charlotte’s Web™ and the Realm of Caring Foundation™. In time, he would firmly establish his roots as a craft cannabis consultant. Later, co-founding and operating Good Weed™, Colorado Springs’ original organic, no-till, craft medical cannabis dispensary. This is where he discovered his true purpose in the industry, which was designing operational strategies to withstand regulations, competition, and the tests of time.

SBJ Consulting has recognized the obligation and opportunity to not only educate the consumer, but also unify the visions of the producers and investors through sustainably produced, luxury, quality cannabis. In modern times, especially in cannabis, lifting the haze accumulated by lack of research and information, and flat out misinformation is difficult, even with the most capable of teams. Tanner Budde

From working with the famed Realm of Caring Foundation™ and Charlotte’s Web™, to designing, building and operating Good Weed™, Colorado Springs’ original home to organic, glass-cured, craft cannabis, Tanner has achieved success since the inception of the cannabis industry itself, by finding creative ways to implement more sustainable methods of production. Since 2011, he has consulted on various cultivation systems, designing and developing state-of-the-art strategies and methodology. His focus lies heavily on controlling environments, repairing ecosystem, and unifying visions that achieve maximum yield & boutique-level quality, while breaking down margin-killing resource dependency and providing diminishing production costs.
